Getting fit:

Cazz Clarke is a volunteer on our cycling events, and also runs Bike it Better Cycle Coaching ( Melbourne) which offers advice and assistance with customised training programs, and skills coaching for beginner to intermediate cyclists on Road, MTB, paths and trails.

Other Adventures. Tour operators and places to explore that we are happy to recommend:

Tableland Adventure Guides. Peter and Trixie Tuck offer cycling, walking and kayaking adventures on the Atherton Tableland in Far North Queensland. I visited them in July 2013 and enjoyed 2 days sea kayaking and 3 days cycling. Highly recommended.

Melbourne by Bike. Michelle is the dynamo who operates these fantastic tours, weaving around Melbourne landmarks and local secrets in the best way possibly - by bike! This is a great immersive experience in one of Australias most cycle friendly cities and highly recommended for visitors to Melbourne.

Gippsland High Country Tours. Jenny Edwards has been operating these award winning eco tours for over 15 years, and is passionate and knowledgable about nature conservation, particularly in her home area of East Gippsland. Thse tours, ranging from very easy to challenging are highly recommended by those who have been on them.

Alltrails Bicycle Tours. Phil and Susan McDonald are some of the most experienced cycle tour operators in Australia, with rides spanning the length and breadth of Australia, as well as some epic overseas tours.
